I loved it but...

I did an in app purchase to the full game. Now all I can get is a frozen screen that says unable to complete purchase. It has the OK button but it doesnt respond when I try to press it. Ive been through tech support many times to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. I even upgraded my phone from a 5 to a 6 and it installed with the error.
